Irish Cream & Coffee Truffles
One of the best compliments to coffee is Irish Cream Liqueur--they really do make a great couple. So with that in mind, these truffles came to life. Of course, being a lover of good coffee these could only be made with freshly ground, local Coda coffee. It has a creamy milk chocolate, combined with freshly ground coffee and Bailey's liqueur for the ganache center. These are hand rolled and dipped into white chocolate and topped with a drizzle of milk chocolate.
